Get ready for a unique evening of live music as the Orfeo String Quartet brings a folk and rock-inspired concert experience to Good Neighbors Theatre. Featuring familiar favorites reimagined through the rich sound of strings, this special performance blends the beauty of classical instruments with the energy and heart of folk and rock music. Audiences can expect an evening filled with recognizable tunes, creative arrangements, and an intimate concert atmosphere unlike anything usually seen in our area.
Based in Tennessee, the Orfeo Quartet is made up of professional musicians known for combining classical talent with modern and popular music styles. Their performances have included everything from traditional classical selections to folk, rock, and contemporary favorites.
Join us Saturday, July 25 at 7 PM at Good Neighbors Theatre for this free community concert. Donations will be accepted, and concessions will be available. Come experience something a little different — live music, small-town community, and big talent all in one evening.
Auditions:
GNT will hold auditions for its fall production, Steel Magnolias, on Saturday, June 6th at 5:00PM. Adult women of all experience levels are encouraged to audition. Whether you’ve been on stage before or have always wanted to try community theatre, this is a great opportunity to get involved.
